Shipping policy

When placing your order, please ensure that the shipping details are correct, including name, full address, zip code, and phone number.
Standard Shipping: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-3 Business Days) + Shipping Time (7-15 Business Days)
VIP Shipping: Total Shipping Time = Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Shipping Time (5-7 business days)
Delivery time: Usually after the customer places the order, we need 1-3 working days to be ready to ship, ETA (estimated arrival time) is 7-15 days after shipment. Since items that are in stock will be shipped the same day, items that are restocked will wait a few days.
How to track a project:
Once we ship the package via standard shipping method, we will provide you with a tracking number and tracking link within 48 hours.
